If you are uncertain of the correct product for your machine, complete the configuration support request form and one of our engineers will contact you to make sure you obtain the correct product. By submitting this form you agree to using the service according to our terms and conditions which are summarised below.

  • 1. The configuration service will cost £15 plus VAT (£17.63).
  • 2. You should supply as much detail as possible in the form before sending it to us.
  • 3. We will contact you by e-mail and/or phone to make sure we have sufficient information
    to provide you with the right part.
  • 4. The price charged will be exactly as shown on the website.
  • 5. Should you choose to order, your £15 fee will be deducted from the cost of your order.
  • 6. If the parts we specify to you as part of this service are incompatible with your
    system you can return the parts and we will refund all charges we have made in full.

By using this form you agree to pay the £15 plus VAT fee by Switch, Mastercard or Visa. We will contact you to obtain
your payment details by telephone.
