On-line Support Service

For users of our Sapphire Support Service (the name we give to our regular support contracts with business and personal customers) we now have a web site at http://support.cdoctor.co.uk.

If you have a contract and would like to use this service, and have lost your ID and Password, please call or e-mail. Contracts are available from as little as £25 per calendar month, and this will give you access to our technical support team via the web site, e-mail, and, in emergencies, by telephone.
